We prepare RAMS for every project and work under strict safety procedures. Our operatives are trained and accredited (IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, IOSH, NACSC, Federation of Window Cleaners, CAA A2 CofC), and we can coordinate out-of-hours programmes to suit site access and trading hours.
Commercial Window Cleaning
We maintain glass on everything from shopfronts to multi-storey office buildings using pure-water poles, mobile towers (PASMA) and powered access (IPAF) where required. Pure water prevents spotting and eliminates chemical residues on large curtain walls, while traditional detailing is used for internal glazing and presentation areas.
Our service can be set to weekly, monthly or quarterly frequencies, with added works such as atrium glass, canopies and signage. We can provide attendance logs, before/after images and service reports for facilities records.
Roof & Gutter Maintenance Contracts
Proactive roof and gutter maintenance reduces emergency call-outs and protects assets. We deliver scheduled gutter vacuuming, downpipe clearance and targeted roof treatments to manage moss and organic growth. Where safe and beneficial, we use drone surveys (CAA A2 CofC) for rapid inspections and photographic reporting.
Contracts are tailored to building type and exposure — typically annual or bi-annual cycles — and can include remedial items such as joint resealing, leaf-guard advice and minor drainage improvements. Full documentation is supplied for compliance.
Commercial Softwashing / Building Washdowns
Façade cleanliness drives first impressions. Softwashing allows us to treat large rendered or cladded elevations at low pressure, removing biological staining and traffic film without damaging coatings, seals or signage. Pre-treatments, controlled dwell times and uniform rinsing ensure a consistent, streak-free finish.
This approach is ideal for schools, healthcare facilities and occupied buildings because it reduces noise, overspray and water use compared with heavy pressure washing. We can phase works to maintain access routes and fire exits at all times.
Pressure Washing & Grounds Cleaning
High-traffic ground surfaces accumulate oils, gum, algae and tyre marks that reduce grip and appearance. We use flat-surface cleaners and targeted lance work to restore forecourts, walkways, loading bays and car parks. Where required, we apply degreasers or biocides in line with site risk assessments to control slip hazards.
Routine grounds cleaning can be added to window contracts for a single-supplier solution, helping you maintain safety standards and reduce reactive cleans.
Solar Panel, Signage & Canopy Cleaning
We clean PV arrays, glass canopies and branded signage using pure-water systems and non-abrasive brushes to preserve finishes and visibility. For commercial solar, planned maintenance supports energy yield and helps fulfil supplier recommendations.
Signage and canopy clarity supports customer wayfinding and brand presentation; we can align these items with routine window cycles to reduce site visits.
Graffiti & Stain Removal
Fast response protects your brand image. We use surface-appropriate removers and low-pressure steam techniques to lift paint from brick, stone, metal and coated surfaces while protecting substrates. For recurring areas, we can apply sacrificial or semi-permanent anti-graffiti coatings and provide advice on surveillance or lighting improvements.
Where oil or rust stains are present, targeted treatments are selected to reduce shadowing and restore a uniform appearance.
Compliance & Safety
Every commercial project includes RAMS, proof of insurance and, where necessary, permits to work and scaffold/MEWP documentation. Our team holds IPAF and PASMA for safe access, CSCS for site awareness, IOSH for safety management and CAA A2 CofC for compliant drone operations. We can attend inductions, work around production schedules and provide service reports with photographs on completion.
