Pure Horizon was founded in Stowmarket by Stephen Whiting to provide exterior cleaning that is properly assessed, clearly explained and completed with care. Stephen brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the business. We work for homeowners, landlords, businesses, property managers and community organisations across Stowmarket, Elmswell, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Woodbridge and surrounding Suffolk towns and villages.

£5 Million Public and Products Liability Cover
Pure Horizon holds £5 million public and products liability insurance, underwritten by Hiscox Insurance Company Limited for our work as cleaning contractors. Subject to the policy terms and exclusions, the cover includes claims arising from damage to property being cleaned, treated, maintained or worked on. Current evidence of cover can be provided to domestic, commercial and managed-property clients on request.

Registered, Responsible and Environmentally Aware
Pure Horizon is registered with the Environment Agency as a lower-tier waste carrier, broker or dealer (registration CBDL622255). Waste produced in the course of our work is handled and disposed of responsibly through appropriate authorised routes, with waste-transfer documentation provided where legally required.
Before work begins, we assess drainage, runoff, vegetation, wildlife and nearby watercourses. Products, equipment and protective measures are selected to suit the surface, contamination and site conditions.
