Data Protection & GDPR Policy Statement
Pure Horizon Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance is committed to protecting all personal data entrusted to us and complying with the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and process personal information only when necessary for our services, such as providing quotations, managing bookings, issuing invoices and maintaining client records.
Any information received from clients, staff or subcontractors is handled securely and used only for legitimate business purposes. Data is never shared with third parties unless legally required or with explicit consent. We store digital information using secure systems and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse of data. Paper records are kept to a minimum and disposed of responsibly when no longer needed.
Individuals have the right to request access to the information we hold about them, to correct inaccuracies or to request deletion where appropriate. We will respond promptly to all data-related enquiries and take any concerns seriously. Any suspected data breach will be investigated and, if necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
This policy is reviewed annually or sooner if legislation, technology or operational needs change. At Pure Horizon, we believe that trust is built on transparency and responsible data handling.
We protect information with the same care as we protect our clients’ properties.
