From policy to practice

Standards built into every job

Policies only matter when they influence what happens on site. Before work, we assess the surface, access, contamination, drains, runoff, wildlife, vegetation and nearby watercourses. We select suitable equipment, products and controls, communicate the proposed method, and stop if safe or environmentally responsible working conditions cannot be maintained.

  • Clear quotations, agreed scope and appropriate cleaning methods
  • Site-specific risk assessment and access planning where required
  • Trained people, maintained equipment and suitable PPE
  • Protection of property, drainage, landscaping and the wider environment
  • Near-miss, concern and customer-feedback review
